Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word 'yuj' which means connecting or joining. It is the "union of the body, mind and soul with the universal eternal energy". In Ayurveda, Yoga has a very special place in the 'dincharya' or daily routine for good health. Yoga helps in balancing the doshas and along with herbal oil massages and meditation, constitutes the process of Ayurvedic Detoxification or Panchakarma. We give below a Yoga routine which is good for dosha balancing and Detox but care has to be taken to learn them properly from a Yoga Coach .Herbal mystique offers FREE Yoga lessons for everyone doing the Detox.
