· All suggestions of Veggie and Fruit smoothie recipes are based on the experience of the author. Try out different combinations and see what you like and what works for you.
· Wash fruits and vegetables well. Use organic food wherever possible.
· Take 2-3 fruits + 1 Veggie + 1 Nut + 1 herb (if required)
· Add water to dilute as required
· Add 1 tbsp Whey protein (Vanilla flavor as it goes well with all fruit / veg flavours)
· Blend well till it becomes absolutely smooth (use a blender such as, Magic bullet and blend it 4-5 times for 1 min each)
· Blend hard Herbs, Veggies and nuts first, then fruits and finally add whey protein
· Add little water, just enough to blend. Dilute as required at the end
· Add 4-5 almonds / walnuts or 1 fig or 1 medjool date per serving
· Do not mix with milk
· Do not add citrus fruits
